Felucca Sailing

We spent the last 4 days and 3 nights lazily sailing down the Nile in a Felucca, a small sailboat. Although it was a bit cool and windy, we loved every minute and kept asking eachother if it was actually happening! There was no bathroom onboard, so we pulled over every few hours for a break. Our meals were cooked by our local sailing crew (amazing meals!!!) and we slept outside on deck . We were also able to swim in the Nile! THE NILE!! It was absolutely amazing and unforgetable!

We have 3 nights left in our tour and then we'll be heading to Turkey. Tonight we are having an Egyptian feast, and will be heading to the Valley of the Kings (many ancient tombs) tomorrow morning. Time is flying by and it seems that every sight is our favourite!

We posted a few pictures on Kristin's facebook, so be sure to take a peek!

Love Kristin and Jason
